Sahibzada Hazrat Sultan Ghulam Meeran was born in 1935 AD. At BAGAR Suhbatpur Balochistan. He was a wali-e-Kamil and social worker. Almighty Allah Blessed him with Four sons. Sahibzada Hazrat Tariq Sultan, Sahibzada Hazrat Sikandar Sultan, Sahibzada Hazrat Mohammad Khalid Sultan and Sahibzada Hazrat Abid Sultan. He belongs to Kutb Shahi Alvi AWAN tribe. He was the descendants of Sultan-Ul-Faqr Hazrat Sultan Bahoo in 10th generation. Sahibzada Tariq Sultan and Sahibzada Sikandar Sultan looked after agricultural land in Usta Mohammad. Sahibzada Hazrat Mohammad Khalid Sultan is number one in the list of ULMA and MASHAIKH Balochistan and Sahiibzada Hazrat Abid Sultan by profession is doctor. His personality was very kind, well-mannered, careful, graceful and loving. He was very much careful and personally looked after the matters of his family.

EDUCATION

Sahibzada Hazrat Ghulam Meeran got spiritual education from his father. His father Sahibzada Faiz Sultan (Faiz-e-Darya) was his first spiritual teacher. He has completed Dras Nizami, Ilm Tarikat and Ilm Maurfat from Usta Mohammad Balochistan. Hazrat Sahibzada Sultan Ghulam Meeran took BAIT on the holy hands of Hazrat Mir Mumtaz. Hazrat Mir Mumtaz enriched him spiritually.He was started to guide his devotees spiritually. He got basic formal education from Usta Mohammad Balochistan. He has completed primary level from Madrsa. In 1953, he has passed matriculation (SSC) from Usta Mohammad High School with good marks. After completing the matriculation he got admission in F.Sc (Pre-Medical group) government degree college Quetta, and passed F.Sc with good marks. Sahibzada Hazrat Ghulam Meeran was very keen to get higher education. He got admission in first year MBBS in Amin-un-Din medical school Quetta. After completing his MBBS degree he was started his career in medical field.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

Sahibzada Hazrat Ghulam Meeran was a well-known social worker, debater, writer and a politician. In 1960, he was started his social services for the people of Usta Mohammad Balochistan and Bakhar District Jhang Punjab after visiting Darbar Ghous Azam (Dastageer) Bagdad. He worked hard to improve the living conditions of people. He was decided to serve in health and education sector. To uplift the education level of the people of Usta Mohammad and Bakhar, he has opened many schools and Madrsa ( free of cost) namely HaqBahoo. He has arranged many motivational and awareness programs, and guided the local people about the girls education. He was very much worried about the health conditions of people of Balochitsan. There was no any Doctor for local people. Many serious patients travelled far from areas to city for treatment. For the poor people, he has established his first charitable hospital 40 kilometers away from Usta Mohammad.Sahibzada Hazrat Ghulam Meeran shifted from Usta Mohammad Balochistan to ATHARAH HAZARI Bakhar to looked after his agricultural land. He has established new residential colony at ATHARAH HAZARI namey HaqBahoo colony. Six acre personal agricultural land converted into residential plots, and distributed free of cost among the poor and orphan people for residential purposes. Electricity, drainage, drinking water, post office, agriculture office and other facilities are arranged within the boundary wall. His HaqBahoo welfare society was registered with social welfare department district Jhang Punjab. Through the platform of HaqBahoo welare society, he served the poor and orphan people. He also donate four canal land to the health department for the establishment of mother and child health Centre in HaqBahoo colony Bakhar. He has devoted his life and used his personal resources for the betterment of the people of Usta Mohammad Balochistan and Jhang.

POLITICAL ACTIVITIES

In 1965, during the government of General Ayoub khan, Sahibzada Hazrat Ghulam Meeran has started his political career for the poor people of Usta Mohammad Balochistan. He contested his first union council election from Usta Mohammad district, and won with huge range of votes. He also became member of provincial assembly (MPA) from the constituency of Usta Mohammad Balochistan. From 1965 to 1988, he contested many local bodies and provincial level elections, during his political career he was remain undefeated.
Sahibzada Hazrat Ghulam Meeran was politically affiliated with AWAMI NATIONAL PARTY. During his tenure, he inaugurated many projects for the people of Usta Mohammad Balochistan. During the government of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, he was decided to minimized the political activities. Finally in 1988, he leaved the politics and decided to looked after his agricultural land in Usta Mohammad and Bakhar.
